  Once again I'm left with no bank branch to make deposits with. Doors locked, lights off, no one in the building. I happen to enjoy all the staff at this branch, bbank. siness is business, and I can't work with a bank that isn't open for business. I am going to suggest my company switch me to another local banl.

  I wouldn’t even give them one star it’s required to leave one to leave a review. I waited in the bank drive up to cash a check for 30 minutes. The woman just continued she couldn’t get me the money to cash my check because the employee with the valet key to cash check didn’t come to work on time. After 15 minutes she offered to cash it & get the to cash the check because we had been waiting 15 minutes. We than waited 15 more minutes to cash a check.Where than we where told to leave & try again later. Very disappointed in the bank, the staff & they’re very unprofessional

  Have tried going there multiple times in the last 5 months, always closed even during their posted hours, the lobby and drive-thru. We get the covid/staffing stuff but it has been this way for about 2 years now. Strongly considering a different bank
