He runs an efficient office that focuses on superior customer service, positive energy, and always doing what is best for his clients. Ian has a knack for hiring the right people, which may result in being short staffed from time to time due to his team members being promoted. He leads his employees by example and regularly goes above and beyond the role of branch manager to meet his clients’ needs and exceed their expectations.

      Despite being busy, the tellers here are kind and efficient. I’ve never had a bad experience- actually each on has been great! They even have dog treats available, which is a nice treat for my little one! Keep up the great work!
