      The employees here are the best! I am pretty disappointed that they no longer have Saturday hours. It was one of the reasons I chose them as my new bank last year. Not only have they eliminated their Saturday hours but now they are only open 3 days a week, with limited hours. They're making it very difficult for some of us to actually get into the branch and access our own money other than through the ATM. I may need to move my acct to a bank that is actually open to its customers.

      Counted 5 people in the branch and only one teller for a line of 6 people. Waited almost 30 minutes to get my withdrawal while the teller Katie had a long and unnecessary conversation with each customer. Looking for a new bank while in line.

      The tellers and Branch Manager (Jenni Wynn) at this branch are fantastic! Helpful, courteous, and fun! We just had a slightly complicated transaction to complete and they were responsive and super easy to work with! Thanks!
