  Banking here is fine always have handled any problem I have had to deal with. They just need to update their hours on maps.

  This past year trying to get banking taken care at us-bank. on eads parkway has been a nightmare . The hours are not convenient. The staff has not been helpful and today went there on lunch break to make deposit got there at 1204 car in front me in drive through and I pulled up she said closed for lunch go to walnut branch. I didn’t have time to go to that branch. I live and work in Aurora there were 2 people there why do you have to close for lunch and there has been several times they are walking out of building and it is not been 430 yet when I wanted to make a deposit. People do the banking on lunch break or after work most people work later than 430.

  I’ve been a US Bank customer for 6 years. This place has gone completely downhill and I do not recommend it to anyone. It’s anything from systems being completely down to ghost money showing up in your account. Sadly, I had to switch to Civista because of a problem that was not taken care of by the bank- they like to shift blame on everyone else instead of taking responsibility for serious computer glitches. It happens more often in the last 2 years than it ever has. Hands down... go to Civista or Fifth Third. They will treat you better and they have less technical issues. These ladies are straight up rude 95% of the time.
