  This is my favorite us bank pity that now I am withdrawn from my new home, in fact when I arrived in Denver this was where I opened my account, it is one of the best branches I recommend being served by Narda⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ she is super nice and friendly ... My dad recommended me this bank he is almost 20 years old with his account at US Bank

  I'm deeply unsatisfied with my experience at this branch. I walk into the branch, I saw the branch manager was talking to the security guard by the door and we made eye contact. Never once he greeted me. What happen to, "Hello, welcome to US Bank?" Have US Bank gone away from this or only juat this location? I made my way to the deposit counter, requesting the CSR I have a cash deposit and after I would make a withdraw for a credit card payment. Half way through the transaction, the CSR rudely ask if I have mobile banking and if so why don't I used it? I was dumbfounded by that comment, I thought as if I in some twilight zone? Because this is the worse experience ever! I have better service at other US Bank locations. Come on S. Federal Blvd! What happen to your customer service? This location need a whole rework! Top Leaderships need to bring in better manager and hire better employees that actually care about their customers.
