  Phitsamai Noraphat has the worst customer service skills. She was completely unhelpful and rude. She should work where she doesn’t need to converse with customers.

  I stopped by to use the ATM today to deposit cash. The ATM broke down on me and took my money with no receipt or anything. I immediately go inside to let the teller know. He tells me to wait an hour because there manager just went on break.. really unprofessional. I get a call back later saying i have to file a claim. And now I’m being told this could take up to 45 days.. i know the teller or agent who helped could care less, but this experience has been awful!

If you haven't already, you'll want to call our 24 Hour Customer Service at 800-872-2657 to have the claim filed. While it can take up to 45 days to complete the claim, if it's not resolved within 10 business days, provisional credit is issued. I am sorry that wasn't explained better. All the best. ^Heather
