Don't tell me to read a sign when I have an appointment that was offered by US Bank's webpage. I get that COVID 19 is real and they dont want a customer to come into the office. But I feel like there is a better way to communicate than screaming "READ A SIGN."

I would give this bank no stars if i could. The bank manager is unprofessional shows no care for his clients. He would not take the steps to clear a 20k check 5 days after it had already cleared my acct at another bank. Pure lazy and unprofessional
