  Came in to ask to open a business account and see the requirements and they couldn't answer my question the woman with glasses believe her name was Carolina something like that she was been rude telling me that I need to look that up in the usbank instead of here. I ask for a paper atleast where it says what will I need and she said no that she couldn't print me anything. Since I have to do that online, and she doesn't have any paper. Really UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE.

  I'm posting a one star only because they don't have anything lower than that. US Bank is the most incompetent bank I've ever dealt with and I've worked with a number over the years. They may have pretty low fees up front but you pay for it in slow bumbling service, stupid bank policies, hidden fees on fees. I will be taking my business elsewhere. This will be one of the first banks replaced by blockchain tech. Useless.
