      Yes people, for once we have an entity that is customer driven. Employees of West Hills Branch of US Bank are knowledgeable, caring, and professional. If your account drops or a check might bounce, they will call and let you know; if someone has a large check drawn from your account they will call. With all the good things, there is a hurdle and it is not employees fault, it is Bank’s policy to Charge noncustomers a $5 fee to cash a check which often will offend the receiver. About other branches of US Bank, DON’T COUNT ON IT! Cause I have had horrible experience elsewhere like in poor neighborhood. In impoverished neighborhood, they are insulting, rude, and snobby. So 2 thumbs up West Hills, and 2 Thumbs down those who snob poor people.
