      US Bank is a terrible banking company. They charge above average rates for ATM withdrawals from outside network ATMs. Their phone service and customer support has no clue what they're doing. This branch in particular says it's closed but they are booked full with appointments that they aren't keeping. During this covid crisis they have completely turned off their phones. The only way to get help is to schedule an appointment (which they're completely booked up for) or use the drive through. That's it. Keep your money out of the hands of USBank.

      I will never get an account here. They cashed my work check with my D.O.C. identification card 2 weeks ago and now they can't anymore for whatever reason. Sounds like discrimination to me. Wouldn't let me post without 1 star rating, my actual rating will obviously be a 0 star.
