  Wow I came to use the ATM, which wasn’t working. So I asked the only person working if they could help me. This may have been one of the rudest interactions with a bank staff member I have ever had. After they rolled their eyes at me they just told me to go soma place else and they couldn’t help me because my card was a US Bank debit card. Let me say that if you’re an existing customer go to a different branch. If you’re a new customer find a different bank. Even BofA treated me better.

  This place the 3 employees are lazy wait like 20 minutes nobody was available. Not recommended go to mission viejo that guys are fast.
