  I have tried to like this bank. Seriously.. I have an account at another smaller bank and their customer service is amazing. 1) when moving and changing my address I went in and was chastised for not using the app. 2) when changing my address they tried to upsell me on protection for fraud. I have had fraud at both banks. US Bank failed with how they handled it compared to my other bank. Their attitude was prove it. 3) I just moved and had to order checks with my new address at both banks. The smaller bank did it very quickly and free of charge. US Bank just informed me that they no longer give free checks. 4) I have a large medical expense and called to have my limit raised to pay the bill. The person who answered didn’t identify themselves nor did they say I was calling US Bank. I had to ask if I had the correct number. I was then informed that they would have to send in the request, it would take three days and they would let me know their decision on whether or not I could use my own money to pay this bill with my debit card. Time to move all of my business to my other bank.
