      The lady teller is very intimidating, not freindly at all. I think she is the manager. We address our problem about are check that was on hold and I expect them to help us but instead we felt so helpless because of her actions the way she treat us the tone of her voice and her face is grumpy, very uncomfortable talking to her she can’t even smile while doing her job.We felt like she make us feel unwelcome. I hope she realize being nice and approchable is important to her job.
