  I'm overall very pleased with my experiences with U.S. Bank in Eaton. I'm very confused and frankly frustrated by others' reviews. We were (and still are) in the middle of a pandemic! Of course the bank lobby was closed, I'd be frustrated if it wasn't! If you can't adapt to waiting in a line, go home and download the app. Use your phone to be proactive rather than complain about how inconvenient it is that people are doing their best.

  Have used this bank for several years. Love the app. Have went to them for 2 different loans and at last minute ended up using a different bank. This will be the last time they embarrass us at a purchase . We will be moving to a different bank.

  Lobby is still closed while other banks lobbies are open. Takes 20-30 minutes to get to a drive thru window to do banking. Unacceptable. Monday banking was horrible at 1:45 pm. There should be 2 tellers working those windows at all times to cut wait time down. It's not like we have any choice.
