  We will be closing all our accounts from this bank. The employees here, literally, view everyone walking though the door as an inconvenience. This is your job people! You are in customer service! This has been forgotten and we are moving our business. Hopefully management can get some training to the employees to provide better customer service for future customers. We will not be one of them.

  This bank used to be our favorite branch, with super nice people and good open hours. Now, the lobby is STILL open only by appointment and the drive thru hours are severely limited. Not a good way to do business or keep customers!
