This branch has been incredible and went the extra mile to help me. I had closed an account about 5 years ago in Wisconsin, but failed to stop an auto debit, which reopened the account and sent it into overdraft and then dormancy fees. I just found out a couple of months ago that I even had this account. This branch went above and beyond to get me in contact with the right people to attempt to help get the fees lowered and who to talk to, to make sure the account was closed. It's a shame that the corporate helpline and corporate offices are not as helpful or willing to work with their customers (or on this case former customer).

Some of the most friendly people I've met. My wife & I did a mortgage refinance and it took quite a few visits, but they us choose any times we wanted. The manager ans senior teller/mgr were very knowledgeable and gave us the best rates they could. We never saw anyone come to the counter when were were there not get excellent service.
