  We have been banking at the Fountain Hills in store location for over 12 years. We are what you would called a preferred client of theirs. We wanted to take time to post a comprehensive review after seeing some negative posts. First and foremost it’s easier for people who don’t do business with you to post damaging comments the impugns a companies reputation. We would like to post as a “satisfied customer” of USbank. We totally disagree with the negative things stated. Here is some facts, the US bank Fountain Hills location has thousands of cheerleaders who “choose” to do banking in the Fountain Hills location, why? Great question let me elucidate for you..... 1. Samantha Steele I recall the day Samantha was hired. She was on fire and eager to learn. Her core value is to make sure you are happy. It took her 1 week and she was calling me by my surname. I corrected her to call me by my first name and it began our relationship. I personally observed her become a Banker2 and evolve into a very sophisticated, professional, kind, going above and beyond to make sure that your banking needs are met. when I first met Samantha she had braces now you can see after her beautiful smile with that twinkle in her eyes in her efforts and confidence to meet your needs. We are truly blessed we had the pleasure of meeting her. 2. Sylvia Navarrette: We we opened our business account with the rock solid Sylvia. Sylvia is smart as a whip! She knows the front and back interactions of banking. She is not shy at laughing at life and trying to bring every client into her word of happiness. When we purchased a new car Sylvia was there! When had a issues Sylvia was there! When we opened a line of credit Sylvia was there! How do you know Sylvia from Samantha? Her additive laughter and her efforts to create a happy customer. She rocks!!! 3. David Cabral Logically it goes that we witness David’s first day on the job! David is very cool! He is the balencing force to Sylvia and Samantha. He serves his customers by making sure you don’t make a mistake. David is very friendly and has a wonderful demeanor. David called me about a mistake I made on one of our many deposits. His shepherding and watching for accuracy on our account is greatly appreciate it. In conclusion, US Bank is an “icon” in Fountain hills, they offer Familes lots of banking options and businesses like ours. We recommend that you stop by the Safeway US Bank and take a moment to introduce yourself to Sylvia, Samantha and Dave and their management team. You will agree it will be one of your best banking experience.

  Shock to read the nasty reviews. Actually they are BOGUS reviews. The team at US Bank are AWESOME!!!! They go way and above to ensure you are happy. They are a local bank who manages my money and will give me great advice thanks USBank for providing a great banking experience
