  I cannot speak to this location itself, however the location at Fargo on University, is absolutely fabulous! They are always so helpful and polite. They are willing and able to explain things to this ol, sometimes less than intelligent, cowboy in a way that I understand. That's very impressive. Thanks US Bank.

  Scammed by a bank really. Get bent. I have never been so mad in my life. Will be talking to the police.

  If i could give U.S. bank in general a bad review, i would. Its the WORST bank I've ever went thru in such a short amount of time. To start, I opened an acct at this branch and never received my debit card after 2 weeks, so I called asking about it and was told I had no account there....even after I opened the account 2 weeks prior and even transfered money to that account..... called the 1800 number and they found my account and told me they ordered me a card and it would arrive in 7-10 business days.... well it never arrived, so I called again and was told it was never ordered either time... finally got it ordered after a little over a month went by and I went to go use my card, and my card wouldn't work.... i had received no phone call or letter in the mail letting me know they were closing my account... their reason? I didn't provide proof of address when I had brought in proof, and the person who opened my acct never put it in the system.... but still recieved no phone call or letter in the mail letting me know they needed it again.... i suppose it was a blessing in disguise because I have had such a horrible experience with this place. When I had called to talk to someone at the branch, they were EXTREMELY rude and ended up hanging up on me. If I could give 0 stars I would. Use this bank at your own risk.
