  I went in to get some quarters. There was a sign at the teller's window stating that they were low on quarters. Considering it was about 3 weeks ago and not one bank I normally do business at has been low to the point of refusal the entire pandemic, I found it strange. When I mentioned it, the teller said she had some... IF I was a customer. So no quarters for me ( I only needed $10, $20 max). Please note I was the only person in the bank. I was looking for a new bank to open business accounts, and US Bank has been sending me offers to do just that. The treatment I receive when asking for quarters at a bank while casually dressed is integral to my decision on doing business there. Another bank will get my money due to the poor treatment here. And I hope it wasn't for the reason Tierra said because I am a person of color, too.

  Do not bank here especially if you are a person of color. I did simple transactions with this location and one other location down the road along with wire transfers and my account was closed per their request. Only after I had been here with my african american boyfriend and when he comes with I seem to get the worst customer service. This is not the first time ive gotten poor customer serivce for being a person of color with this company either. Thankfully I have other accounts with banks who are POC friendly. Happily taking my business elsewhere.
