It was my favorite brunch until today’s visit. The worst experience! Got dirty coins from the bank the other day and tried to deposit them today. The teller said how they know it is really from them and they cannot accept them. Will open the rolls and check every coins in front of them next time when I get coins from them. =The teller was kind and professional. I think it is the system/policy issue.

Probably the worst branch I’ve been to. The manager makes up her own rules saying I couldn’t cash a personal check because she can tell it was “business related” even though it was written under my name. Also they are completely incompetent of providing customer service and when an issue arises they just shrug their shoulders and say idk how to help.
