      Terrible policy. Charge you for cashing THEIR check. Rude tellers too. Dont bank here, go to wells Fargo. I dont need to send an email to know California labor law 212. You guys should look it up

      I still really like this bank. However, the customer service has gone down hill since Brooke and Jenny left. I'm sitting here writing this as I've been on hold for over 20 minutes. Hanging up now and heading down to the branch! This shouldn't happen!
