  This specific branch has a banner up on their building bragging about a 5 star customer service rating! It’s laughable, to say the least! STOP THE INSANITY!

  Over the 15 or so years that I have had multiple accounts with this company, I can tell you the Poplar Bluff branch has mostly been horrible. Today for the first time in a long time the drive-thru teller was actually nice and quick. But majority of the time it is extremely slow, as in 30 minutes or more, rude a lot of the times (one time I got there at 4 p.m. and waited in a line of four cars in front of me, I got to the window right after 4:30 after I had been waiting and I had the woman say that supposedly their computers had crashed and there was nothing she could do, as she was closing the blinds in my face), I've been in good standing with them every account I've had, and then one day after many days and hours of paperwork and phone calls for a home loan, I was denied for no reason literally one business day before it was supposed to close. I don't need to tell you the problems that caused me and the realtor and the seller. Their interest rates are usually higher on average as well. They have also closed the two other locations (branch and atm) that were convenient in Poplar Bluff over the recent years, firing the experienced employees that were good at their jobs at the other branch. There have been a few nice employees , but overall the experience has been bad. You hate to leave a company that you're used to and have been with for years, but that may be the case, I keep thinking they will get better one day and yet it doesn't appear that way. Update - had to go to this bank for someone else, guess what, they're still terrible and slow...

  Aweful customer service. Drive thru is so slow, they tell you that you can go inside,on the phone, only for people inside to say go thru drive thru. Loan process is aweful. Buying a house through them even worse. Seriously go somewhere else, anywhere else.
