      Please do not use this guy to close on your home. Right after we closed, he called us saying that we would have to reverse the closing as he didn't get all the right papers signed. My lawyers thankfully gave him a strict warning to leave us alone. Fast forward 5 years - Another person in our neighborhood recently used him to close on their home by recommendation of the same builder. Geoff decided to attach our Cook county PIN to this person's mortgage. Now Cook County won't let me pay my taxes and thinks that we have TWO mortgages on our property!! I called Geoff to speak to him about this and he hung up the phone on me. This guy is a fraud - he wants the commission for your closing and that's it. No manners. FWIW, we threw so much money at our mortgage and refinanced out of US bank in a year. Save yourself the hassle and don't use this CROOK!
