      My parents had an absolutely horrendous experience going through US Bank for their mortgage loan and another gentleman from this bank was supposed to make it up to them but helping my husband and I with our loan. We should have known to stay away from this bank after hearing my parents horror stories but naively decided to trust a bank we have not once heard positive thing about. Everything started off smoothly but probably because there was little to no work for this Greg guy in the beginning. Don't bother calling him ever because he's in meetings all day long. Don't listen to him when he gives you a closing date because the day before that he'll tell you some employment verification is missing. Our Christmas travel plans were to leave town on Tuesday 12/20 but now we have no clue when we'll be closing so guess I'm telling our three year old we don't know what we're doing. This bank is a joke and now I know why our realtor strongly advised us to go anywhere but here. STAY FAR AWAY from U.S. Bank, their entire mortgage department, and Greg Lish.
