      Working with US Bank and Jeremiah Halberg on a transaction in which I am representing the seller. Jeremiah has had horrible communication throughout the transaction and apparently is unfamiliar with down payment assistance for his client (this coming from his manager). There have been numerous mistakes made and delayed closing twice. I feel sorry for their client, the home buyer who is homeless right now due to the incompetency of this loan officer. I have had other transactions with US Bank and all have had some type of issue. I would not recommend this bank as a mortgage lender to anyone that wants a stress free home buying experience.
