  I would give Matt 18 out of 5 stars if I could. Matt's professionalism and care for his clients (my wife and I) was incredible and unmatched. He was incredibly kind and patient with the countless questions I had. He educated me on nearly everything about loans and risk. It was an absolute pleasure working with Matt. I will 10000000% work with Matt and his team again the next time I need a loan. EVERYONE NEEDS A MATT SNYDER IN THEIR LIFE.

  If I could give Matt 10 stars I would! I can't thank Matt enough for his professionalism, honestly and hard work. He delivered above and beyond our expectations. We had been working with another lender that worked in the Park City, UT area for new construction. The other lender did a bait and switch on our loan and then came Matt to the rescue. Matt beat the old mortgage brokers rate by 1%! He was able to close our jumbo loan in less than 2 weeks. We had most of the paperwork that he needed ready to go but it was a team effort to get it done. He followed up constantly. Answered all of our questions thoroughly and if he didn't know something would find out and get back to us right away. I will only be trusting Matt and his team to do our loans in the future.

  Truly had an amazing experience working with Matt and his team. Transaction was flawless from start to finish in less than two weeks on a jumbo condo-hotel loan. But we did have a complete file at the start as another lender dropped the ball at the last minute. Which forced us to start over(very happy we had to do this. I can’t say enough for the speed an efficiency of the transaction. We spoke to and tried multiple other lenders which were unsuccessful at getting the deal approved or completed. I won’t be going anywhere else for another loan in the park city area. Not to mention rates were very competitive. Lastly Matt was honest and fair from the beginning and throughout the entire transaction.
