      Melissa is amazing and goes above and beyond for her clients in the whole process. Our refinance was complex and lengthy but Melissa was always a phone call or email away happy to help with anything that she could and she was always very timely even though the process was long. She jumped through many hoops to have us satisfied and showed us compassion during our deal! I would recommend her to anyone because their home buying or refinance will go very smooth if she is involved. Our outcome could have been very different with someone who did not take the time to review all documents that is takes and make sure the best interest of the customer is met. If we ever refinance or look for another property we definitely know who to contact in this industry!! Superb customer service!!!
