      The current manager is rude and uses a disrespectful tone with customers. I've used this branch for years, but the customer service has changed in the last year.

      I went there twice in a recent month period and they were unable to help me both times due to "various". Attitude to boot the second time. And this is the second Byerly's UsBank to be bad (the other one is in Golden Valley). Don't waste your time with these satellite UsBanks - go to the main branches MUCH better (if you have the time to wait patiently in line he heh ;-)
