      We had the WORST experience with Ryan. He overpromises and doesn’t deliver. We tried getting a construction loan with him and at least 5 times he told us we would be approved the next day and we had excavators on our lot ready to go then he would give an excuse as to why it didn’t happen (always blamed someone else). His communication was so poor that our loan fell through at day 70 because he couldn’t get things approved. We used a local bank after an awful experience with him and got approved in less than 2 weeks and closed in a month. Don’t make the mistake we did and go with him because he has good rates.
