  One of the worst lender’s I have dealt with. My buyer had a pre approval and we were under contract going on 90 days. In 90 days I got 1 email from Tod, whenever I needed something my buyer would go to his office and put him on the phone and still would give me conflicting and incomplete information. Underwriters asked for repair estimate, after that estimate was done he comes back and says we need 2 estimates!! Again... conflicting and incomplete information and a waste of time. The only time he bothered to answer the phone only to say I will call you back... the call never came. I had to pull the loan and take it elsewhere due to lack of communication and lack of professionalism. This lender is a joke, please do not use and waste your time and your agents time.

  Worst experience I have ever had in dealing with this nasty individual and US Bank is a joke. A cash sale took over 60 days and this Todd character never returned calls to the agent or myself and when we finally heard from him, he was very rude and the worst was when the day of closing he changed all the numbers and I had to pay out over $750.00 of my own money to finally finish the house sale. Anyone using this joker or his bank is nuts!!!!!
