The biggest regret in my life I had ever made is banking with this credit union. This financial institution does not help people. I have tried to seek help through them, not once have I been helped.

The Drive Through is ALWAYS super slow and slow at processing people’s transactions. I wish they would get more help to make the process quicker. Something that should only take me 5 minutes takes about a half hour to get through the process, in which makes me late for work. Please, please work on faster processing in your drive through.
