  My experience at this branch has always been a pleasure. I recently visited today for a replacement card due to recently having my wallet stolen/lost. Due to this unfortunate event, I not only needed a replacement immediately, but would need to explore my replacement options without a physical ID. I was assisted by the lovely Jessica McCormick who of which gladly had me have a seat while she went through a series of security questions and calmly accepted my explanation of my situation. She gracefully printed me a new replacement card after viewing a picture of my temporary paper license (as I haven’t received my new ID in the mail yet) and with that I was on my way. I have reason to believe that any one if this office would have probably done the same, out of the kindness of their hearts at this location, however since it was Jessica who helped me with this matter, I am eternally grateful for her generosity and professionalism. I have been with this brand for nearly 14 years so to be able to confidently say that no matter where I move I will be taken care of at any location is a huge relief. Thank you to Jessica, and to UFCU for always being so reliable and loyal towards their customers! 🫂♥️

  Friendly staff that seems to understand the concept of developing a customer relationship. They have the most interesting and efficient ATM machines I've ever seen. They take checks and count your cash regardless of the multiple dominations. I am in the process of moving all of my credit union business to University Federal Credit Union from another credit union in the area that I have been with 4 over 55 years.
