      I have a mortgage with UFCU and they have basically made themselves impossible to speak with. If you file a customer support request online, they say that it will take 10 days to get back to you for just the first response. If you ever call...there is no anticipated wait time. I've spent multiple hours waiting only to be told that I'm not 70th in the queue. It's clear that UFCU does not invest in proper customer service technology and this portion of its business is not a priority. I do not recommend working with UFCU.
