      So far, not great customer service. We opened a new account the other day and I still can't get a response to an email I sent to the person we dealt with. I sent a second email, left a phone message and a second message with a real person. I'm glad I didn't switch all of my accounts from my other banking institution if this is the way this place works.

      I've been a member for 20+ years, multiple accounts, multiple car and motorcycle loans, and this branch is just as good as the ones up North I'm use to. I'll always recommend UFCU.
