I had created a confused mess of my banking systems and was in dire need of some real help in sorting it out. Much to my relief, “Sam” straightened me all out !!! I love ❤️ this bank. It’s always sad to see that employees that I have gotten comfortable with move elsewhere but the new employees are just as good. Since $ can be a sensitive subject, I’m happy that the staff is so welcoming. Whether I call the 800 number or go visit my local branch I feel comfortable using this bank to keep my $ safe. This office tends to have great/beautiful decor to celebrate the seasons. In addition to the beautiful display of giveaways for different events.
