  This was my very first home purchase so I wasn't too familiar with the process. I was referred to Alicia by my real estate agent and I'm so thankful! Alicia made me feel comfortable going through the mortage process and explained anything I needed in full detail which I truly appreciated. When I was looking at properties located in NJ and PA, finding a lender that did both states was somewhat of a challenge. Alicia does both states and is extremely knowledgeable with questions I had about a particular state. I recommend her to anyone who is thinking about buying a house!!

  I'm an investor who has done 40 houses in the last few years and this was by far, the biggest waste of time I've ever encountered. Bill spent 6 months telling me the loans would close in "2-3 weeks and we have everything we need" only to ignore my calls and texts. I then had to resort to calling his boss Alicia who attempted to smooth things over but she wasn't familiar with the loans. It's extremely frustrating that I spent so much time, paid for 3 appraisals, and ended up having to take my business elsewhere. I wish they would have just been up front in the beginning so it didn't waste everyone's time and energy. I would not recommend unfortunately.

  As a buyer in an FSBO, I had no idea where to start or what to expect. The whole idea of an FSBO purchase was daunting and nerve-racking! My past home buying experiences involved working with a realtor, which made the process much easier. But this time it was different. With no realtor, I was on my own. That's when Joel and Alicia stepped in to help! They are both very professional, knowledgeable, and hard-working. They were always available to promptly answer any questions I had. They guided me through every step and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire mortgage process. Knowing that I had them by my side helped me gain so much confidence in purchasing my condo.
