Worst bank I have dealt with! Obnoxious, incompetent employees, terrible customer service and always unnecessarily inconvenient. Always. I paid off my MassSave heat loan with an incompetent video teller with which I was forced to deal because the people at the bank insisted that they couldn't handle it in person. Didn't get the receipt I asked for and customer service on the phone refused to help me confirm the balance was paid. Just the final interaction in a long string of absolitely terrible service. I'M GLAD TO BE DONE WITH THEM!

Never had a bad experience here , in fact I go out of my way to tell people how great my bank is and how much I really love it . I deal with this branch for all of my needs and have never been disappointed with service or anything else for that matter . After reading a few of the negative reviews I think they were made in spite because they seem very out of character for the place I’ve been dealing with for 7 years now . Keep up the good work everyone!
