  Well, I really miss not having a south of town location. But the attentiveness and friendliness at the downtown location drive through helps. The past few years, I have not been treated rudely and they are quick to let me know they are there, even if they are taking care of another customer. 😊

  If I could give them 0 stars I would. Stay away from this bank!!! Very rude people. I told them I drove 6 hours away to cash a check since I live in Oklahoma and they told me to go to a branch in 233 miles away from the location I was at. They called the owner of the check and verified everything FOR NO REASON. After they said it was verified they told me the reason I could not cash the check was because I needed a thumbprint on the check. I told them I will put a thumbprint myself and again they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Stay away from this branch location!!!!!

  Will scam money out of your account. We have multiple purchases that still has not posted that happened 5 days ago. Then when it’s convenient they post ALL of them and charge overdraft fees. That is illegal!
