  They take ur money for absolutely no reason, ive never been in the negatives in my entire life until getting this bank. Ive spent $9 yesterday and now im somehow at $-40, i wish i could give it 0 stars. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK!!!💯💯

  If I could give it a less than zero star, I would. This is probably the MOST uncooperative bank branch I've ever tried to deal with. The manager tries to throw together every obstacle she can come up with - to even make deposits! We're a non profit music education program in Ferguson and this branch manager does everything she can to create obstacles for us to make deposits in "her" bank. Not withdrawals or cashing checks - just putting money IN the bank. It's absurd. She has no common sense.
