      This UMB Bank Branch is amazing. They are all so kind and eager to help. Liza has helped me on several different occasions. Not only is she kind and competent she is always able to resolve any issues. I appreciate her customer first oriented service, always having a kind demeanor and very friendly.

      Best banking staff in the area for sure. When I visit this location inside or in the drive-thru, I am always greeted with a smile and feeling that the staff is there to serve.

      Terrible service. Called this location to setup an appointment to get bank statements printed and the lady told me it would be a 25 dollar charge to print bank statements. She told me it would require lots of research and she told me to do it myself because it would take awhile for her to do it. I hung up and called another UMB location and they scheduled me an appointment and told me they could even serve me what I needed the drive through no charge.
