  I just want to thank Nick and Farrah at the Mid Rivers Mall Drive location for knowing me by my appearance \ face and calling me by name when I come to the bank. You both make me feel like a valued and appreciated banker. And I think that it is awesome that you call me by my name and not ma'am or miss. Thank you for allowing me to feel valued and appreciated. I wish more business would learn customers' names. It would make me feel like I have a belonging there. And that is how I feel when I come to the bank. Thank you again, Nick and Farrah. It really allows me to have a good day when you call me by my name whether it be me doing the transactions inside or going through the drive-thru. YOU TWO ARE AWESOME!!!!!! KEEP UP THE POSITIVE ATTITUDE!!!!!

  I am blessed to have Farah Flanagan as a banker . She is always so kind and helpful and most importantly really knows her stuff. We always enjoy going into UMB Bank and the hospitality of everyone who works there. I don't give many five stars but they certainly have earned them !
