This bank is great. There were a few little glitches a few years ago when they transitioned from Meridian to UMB, but now that these details have been ironed out, it is great. It is so nice to be greeted by name, to be able to pick up the phone or send an email to connect with a real person. Deanna is awesome and always takes the time to help us understand all the details of any financial dealings we are considering with them. And the online support in Missouri has been excellent the past few years as well. Thank you UMB for being a bank with the personal touch.
