      Truly the best experience I have every received with any bank. UMB made the process for applying for a loan truly easy and efficient. Nick began the application process by explaining everything making it all easy to understand, and answering all of my many questions. Amy and Gene helped me with the paperwork in a very timely manner and were able to work with my busy schedule, huge shout out to both of you! Kim the branch manager gave me one of the best customer service experiences I have ever received through the whole process. Everyone at this location really goes above and beyond in everything they do. I only banked with UMB for a few years but they have earned a customer for life.

      I'm tired of overdraft protection not meaning as it reads. Still have to jump through hoops to ensure you get what you signed up for Just another bank nothing special.

      The worst baknk ever!!! I was ovdrawn and trying to correct this I deposited my first check from my new job via mobile. Then I was told that my account was on hold. Not the check my account, for two weeks. This bank decided to hold my first check that needed desperately hostage. So instead of getting my first check on the 21st of May they are keeping it hostage til the 1st of June. Closing this account asap!!!
