Is there a worse bank than Chumpqua? If you're thinking about opening an account here, good luck. The staff aren't into doing anything for people they don't know on a first-name basis, or fulfilling appointments that they request you to make. Tri-County bank or a buried jar in your backyard are way more viable options. You've been warned.
