      I’ve been banking with Umpqua Bank since 2018 and in my opinion they DO BANKING RIGHT!!! I absolutely love Umpqua Bank! I have lived and banked in Connecticut, Florida, California, Oregon and Washington and hands down Umpqua Bank has always delivered the the BEST customer service and honest genuine caring for me (whether I was in my own branch or needed assistance while on the road traveling).
