      I got a call today from my banker in Antelope where I originally signed up. She was concerned because my account was negative and just accumulated a fee. I had to explain to her that I wouldn't have gone negative if the employees at this elk grove location decided not to be lazy and let my wife sign over her check to me yesterday. She thought it was really weird that they didn't because they DO in fact do that. So the 6 ladies who were standing around doing NOTHING 10 minutes before closing just decided they didn't want to do it and just gave an excuse. So the lady on the phone basically says that maybe no one was around who could do it; nope, gave the excuse that it was third party since my wife didn't bank with them, and even refused to take the last minutes of their day to sign her up. The rep on the phone was very confused as to why we were not helped yesterday. Perhaps it was because my wife's name is very clearly Latin, or perhaps they just pick and choose which customers to like or help, I'm not sure which one it is, but something is very off with the people who work there. As soon as my checks come through electronically, I'm closing my account because putting up with the BS of these Elk Grove employees just ruined our experience with the entire bank.

      This the worse bank I ever worked with in a comercial loan. Make sure not to deal specially with the loan officer RJ Rieta all lies.
