  I absolutely love this bank. I have never have had a single problem with them. So, to say I'm unhappy about the events to come is a major understatement. When the branch I was with went to 1rst Community I had problems with them, A LOT of problems so I decided to come back and here we go again. I really wish you would stay the way it is. Looks like I'm on the hunt for a new bank.

  The lady I talked to on the phone was so kind and helpful. She took time to answer all my questions about opening a checking/savings account in detail. I've been needing to switch banks, and I thought I was calling a credit union (in the moment, I was confused on which bank I was calling). But despite the fact, I was shopping for a "credit union", the lady I was speaking with still answered all my questions thoroughly, as if I was one of their potential customers. It makes me want to switch to their bank. Plus, I also liked that I got to speak w/ a local banker than being routed to their call center.
