      TERRIBLE PHONE SERVICE!!! No free parking. No real live agents on weekends! Umpqua never answers their phones! This has not just happened once to me but many times. TODAY I CALLED AND LEFT THE PHONE ON THE WAIT MUSIC FOR 4 HOURS!!! that's right - 4 hours and still nobody picked up!I am going to cancel out my accounts with UMPQUA - both my savings and checking accounts. Also, on the weekends Umpqua does not have 'real agents' answering their phones. i will pull my 2 accounts and put them in my credit union account. Umpqua closes at 5pm which makes it impossible to bank after work. i think Umpqua is on its way out. Banks have a reputation for dishonesty. I'm going to try credit unions.
