  I love Umpqua bank Kirkland branch. I have had a great experience with the professional staff! They always provide great support and advice! There is a very friendly atmosphere at the bank. My husband and I have been their clients for business and personal accounts! We have recieved so much great help and valuable financial advice. We definitely recommend you switch to this bank today.

  They deducted over $100 from my account in January because they said they had a discrepancy with one of my cash deposits in December (over a month went by, then they decide to adjust my deposit randomly without my permission...), and then they deducted $70 from my account randomly on a Thursday on 02/11/2021 because they are bad at math and have accounting errors. I don’t know how they are allowed to just deduct money from my account randomly each month without my permission. This is the second time they have taken money out of my account without my permission, and both times told me I couldn’t dispute it as fraud since it was their bank that took my money...

  Onsite manager Russ Plenkin is unprofessional, rude and was condescending towards my wife and I. You have lost a loyal account member - I hope the Umpqua corporate office in Portland can work on hiring competent and respectful staff. I have already escalated this incident to corporate.
