  Been banking there for 13 years-it was Sterling Bank then. Umpqua retained most of the same personnel so the transition was seamless. I like the fact that I am greeted by name by people who have known me for 13 years when I walk in to my bank. I have never had any issues cashing two party cheques. They are always helpful.... and dog friendly too!!!

  Everything with this bank seems outdated and very much a hassle. I never could get the app to work as its competly old technology . They seem rather by the boon instead of helping the customers. I will switch my Business account

  Great service. Susan and Ruth are my go too’s. Love that they have been here for a long time, you don’t see that too often anymore!
